Shipping the Ride

At Rebels Ride, we ship your gear with care and precision, ensuring it arrives ready to hit the streets. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via our trusted courier partners. Once your order’s on the road, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by every piece of Rebels Ride gear, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached, packaging intact).

  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there’s a fault.

  • Faulty Goods: If there’s a defect, it’s on us. Drop us a message, and we’ll make it right—refund, replacement, or exchange.

The Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@rebelsride.com with your order number and details of the return/exchange.

  2. Return Approval: We’ll review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, pack your items securely and send them back to the provided address. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  4. Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges depend on stock availability—we’ll confirm this via email.

International Orders

For our global riders, returns and exchanges follow the same process, but please note that international shipping costs and any duties or taxes are non-refundable.

The Fine Print

  • Sale Items: Discounted items can only be exchanged, not refunded.

  • Early Access & Limited Drops: Due to their exclusive nature, limited-edition items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
